Did a nighttime tour of NYC in November the first day of our trip. It was a great way to see the sights! I was like wow, when walking into Grand Central Terminal. Lionel was very engaging and made the tour so fun. Our driver was very good as well. I’m so glad we spent the evening in their very capable hands!

Our tour with Rachel (and Jimmy the driver) was everything we expected & more. Rachel was clear with her instructions which made it a breeze keeping the group together in high traffic stops. Would highly recommend this tour as a first day of your trip as her knowledge of the city will help you navigate on your own in the following days.

We had an incredible 6-hour tour of New York City! Our guide, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic—his deep knowledge of the city made the experience both engaging and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting the city. Our tour guide, Brooklyn Jim, added his unique New York swagger and humor making it for a memorable day. Even though we had a short time at each stop, it was just enough to get a taste of New York. I would highly recommend the tour especially if it's your first time to the city.

We took the 6 hour Viator tour today and i highly recommend it. It hit all the highlights we had hoped for. I would note, however, that it involves some stairs and fairly steep bus steps. So keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Rachel and Jimmy were two of the best tour professionals we have experienced. They kept us on time, navigating the traffic and crowds well. Rachel was informative and gave many helpful tips for successfully navigating NYC. She was easy to hear and gave very clear instructions for meet up times and places. Her historical knowledge and anecdotal stories really brought the city to life. She showed us where to get great photos at every stop. I highly recommend this tour as a great introduction to the city.

We did the full day guided tour with Walter as our guide and Jimmy as our driver. We liked that they started on time, even though that meant some people missed part of the tour because they were late. Much more fair to the ones who get there on time.
Walter was very informative and engaging. He has a good sense of humour but did t need to be cracking jokes the whole time. Opportunities for bathroom breaks and lunch. They varied routes and the schedule according to traffic conditions.
I would highly recommend.
