I LOVE THIS PLACE, DIDN'T WANT TO COME BACK TO HOMER, THERE WAS A NICE GENTLEMAN, WHO TOOK ME TO MAN'S GALLERY'S RESTAURANT, I REALLY ENJOYED IT , I ORDERED, TWO SRIMPS, TWO PIECES OF FISH, CAJUN FRIES, FRIED PICKLES, HUSH PUPPIES, A SWEET TEA, AN A SALAD, THANKS ALOT CHRIS, HE IS SUCH A GENTLEMAN ?, it was presenting!!!❣️❣️?, The food was pretty good .....

6 covered picnic tables by the water. 2 closer towards to visitor center. Very picturesque e kept for the erosion. Looks like they're trying to improve that. Sectioned off swimming area and small playground. Nice place to sit and rest on a pretty day.

I guess Louisiaba us broke.... tge tourist Center was closed, and had a nite on the door. There is a Chevron 3 miles East that has restrooms!
We that was a fine Welcome! That's the first time I have found it closed in 50 years of traveling here!
So sad! ? ?

We stopped by during regular hours. Closed. The employees were sitting outside gabbing and said nothing to us. We got out and walked up to the door and they said nothing to us. How about “ we’re closed for a break” or something. Anything. But nothing. So we left. No need to stop again. Keep on driving by this place. Apathy reigns here

This was such a beautiful park looking over the water and a nice play area for the kids and place to relax by the water. You can swim, fish, and have so much fun. I loved the info about Toledo Bend about the history it was so nice I really enjoyed my time there.

The only bridge that crosses the reservoir and lead right to Texas. We stopped by this visitors center to get detailed information about fishing but they were closed. There was public parking with a nice little picnic area and a sweet little beach area for kids?
