Our stay was great! We were able to stay 86 nights and the billing process was easy. They had it all set up with the allowances. The house was newer with a nice appliances. The yard was nice for the kids to play. I would recommend!

Richard and his team are fantastic! Houses are top! We had a huge brand new house with an attached garage and it was very close to base. It was like new. All of the furnishings are in great shape and really make your stay comfortable. Richard is very supportive of us while we transition in too...he doesn't pester about payment and is very responsive to your needs. If you need TLA or TDY accomodations I'd highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at a TLA home is Miesenbach and we have had a wonderful experience. The home had everything we needed and a nice yard for our dogs. Nico has also been very helpful in our search for a permanent house. He was also very responsive with any issues or questions we had. 10/10 recommend staying in one of Nico’s homes for TLA.

I've stayed twice now in this company's TLA homes, and both times had a great experience. Richard and Nico are very friendly and helpful, good communicators, and experienced in TLA policies. The home itself is big and comfortable, with a great kitchen. Comes with a car as well, which is quite helpful. Definitely recommend!

Im a retired military veteran and have stayed in many TLAs previously when i was active duty Air force but this was by far The BEST TLA I'VE EVER STAYED IN.
I came back to germany as a GS civliain during peak PCS season and couldnt find accomodating TLA for me and my family. A fellow coworker contacted MR. RICHARD last minute and he went above and beyond to find a TLA to accommodate us. He met me and my family at the property, provided a rental car for the whole duration, helped us get accustomed to being in germany, spoke well English, didn't have any issues the entire 60 days. The TLA was breath taking, very modern, free wifi, everything was provided. Actually wanted to rent the place full time. He was very accommodating, they had a cleaning lady come every week. Essentials were provided for us from day 1. Can't say enough about this place.

The TLA manager met us at the house the day we arrived and even helped carry in our luggage. The house has plenty of space for our two kids and dog. The fenced in backyard has been great for the dog and the kids. There's a grocery store that's about a kilometer away that we were able to walk to the day we arrived. TLA house also comes with a car to use once you get your USAEurope driver's license.

Can't say enough about this team. They are responsive, have an outstanding maintenance team and cleaning staff. Understanding and very responsive if/when issues arise. They go above and beyond and in addition to TLAs they assist with finding homes as well. Thought we would have trouble finding a place to stay while we transitioned out on short notice, but Mr. Jakob took care of my family and I. Thank you
