I recently visited the Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse during the Halloween season, and it was an absolutely magical experience! Nestled along the Hudson River, the lighthouse is a stunning sight. The lighthouse itself is a picturesque landmark, and I loved taking photos to capture the moment.

I particularly appreciated the tales of local legends and ghost stories that tied in perfectly with the Halloween theme! I enjoyed wandering around the area, taking in the sights, and feeling the Halloween spirit in the air.

If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate Halloween, I highly recommend a visit to Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse.

If you are a photographer or you like to take pictures, this is the best place to visit. It is about 1+ hours from NYC. I recommend visiting here at around 5pm or 6pm, depending on the season. The best time to take pictures is 10 or 20 minutes after sunset. Use a 35mm or 24mm lens for best results, with a shutter speed of 5 or 10 seconds.

Visited Sleepy Hollow for the first time today from KY and wanted to see the lighthouse. We found the beautiful Kingsland Point Park and were able to park and walk along the water to the lighthouse. The park is wonderful, lots of people having picnics, jogging, walking their dogs, and kids playing on the playground. The murals are awesome! The two ladies working the entrance gate were so sweet and very helpful when we asked for directions.

Beautiful lighthouse visible from either Kingspoint park or the sleepy hollow community mural. It has been renovated so it looks great glad I was able to finally see it up close. Only downside the bridge to see it up close it's still close for now.

Probably the prettiest place in Sleep Hollow, Got there right before Sunset. Great view of the Hudson.

Cool looking lighthouse but have to see through fence because they are Building massive condominiums and have everything blocked off.It's a shame they destroy the waterfront.
