I booked the 3 day tour and it was amazing! Branka was an amazing tour guide. She took us to lots of gorgeous places, many of which are less well known which was awesome! It was one of my favorite trips in Scotland, and I would highly recommended. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a good time and her stories are wonderful! Such a beautiful tour, and a fantastic guide. If you want to experience the majestic beauty of Scotland book this tour!

Had an amazing time with MacBackpackers during my 3-day tour up to the Isle of Skye. Neil & Stewart were an amazing duo, and I so appreciated their stories and all the knowledge shared with us. Neil is a seasoned tour guide and the hilarious and engaging folklore origin stories he told along our stops made the experience even more special. I am already looking forward to planning a return trip to Scotland and booking more tours to other parts of the country!

Neil was amazing; he explained everything in great detail and ensured we saw the best of things according to the weather. He was kind, funny, and helpful, and we visited some of the best places in the Highlands.

Understanding the history and stories behind the places made us connect more deeply, allowing us to experience them fully. I loved my time in Scotland and will be back soon for a longer trip.

I went on the 3 day Isle of Sky tour and had the most incredible time. Branka is a wonderful human with a clear passion for storytelling, Scottish culture/history and connecting with other people. She made sure to get to know each and everyone of the tour participants. I learned more about Scottish history and folklore than I could’ve dreamt and had the opportunity to see some amazing places. Its a busy couple days but they really try and squeeze everything in that they can with the time provided! This tour experience is so much more than just sitting on a bus and hearing someone talk. It was incredible and I made memories I’ll never forget.

I went on the 4-day tour of Skye with MacBackpackers and it was a wonderful experience.
Our guides Branka and Stevie were great and never ran out of fun stories to tell, and we also had a good vibe within our small group of six people.
And, most of all, Isle of Skye is a breathtaking place and we loved every second of it. Would go on this tour again in a heartbeat!

The 4-day tour includes two full days on Skye, and also makes a bunch of stops on the way from Edinburgh to Skye and back.
Many of these stops are a 60-90 minute hike up some beautiful landscapes, like the Old Man of Storr or Glencoe.

Our tour guide Branka was an amazing guide! She has a gift for storytelling and it was wonderful to learn about history from her. The tour was a highlight of my trip. Would completely recommend for anyone looking to see the highlands and have a memorable adventure.

We did a three day trip up to the isle of Skye and had Branka and Aaron as tour guides and they were AMAZING! It was an unforgettable experience with secret hiking spots, swimming in Lochness, and an adorable stay at a guest house. The tour guides were knowledgeable about folklore and history, absolutely hilarious, and helped us bond with each other. PLEASE do a tour here, you won’t regret it!! Also the pictures don’t do the tour justice, it’s more beautiful than you can imagine!!
