Need new employees! I have called all week & left messages - no one returned my call! I also messaged on FB! It was read but not replied to. Do your job! Your sole job is to deal with tourists!

I have called 5 times to the visitor center and have yet to get anyone on the phone. I have some questions about my upcoming trip and always like to reach out to the local visitors center prior to arrival. This one is by far the worst.

We got to talk with the employee there, he was super nice. He lives local, so he was great in helping us out with all our questions. Gave us great direction on things that we would enjoy. I really appreciate his time!!

Stop by to find out great spots, be informed of some public electric transportation provided to all tourists and get coupons. If you are helped by Ozzie, Bob or John take a couple additional minutes to have some amazing laughs and have a brighter day, these gentlemen are great.

This is the first place you should go. Very helpful people here with all sorts of tools to guide the first time visitor. We were passing through for a day and were directed to just the kinds of things we wanted to be doing. The free shuttles run right through here. Just a great, great service.

The location is great. The shuttle's are great . But the ppl at the center need updates, they gave us info and times and it was all wrong !! Over all the maps and papers got us to where we needed to be . No worries. Had fun anyway .
