Here for a weekend visit, attended colleagues event. Room was exceptionally clean. Service was 90%, I qualify this by not being informed of check in time, however Concierges are very friendly and informative. Location is perfect in the sense of location, it's a retreat in plain sight. Across the street within a 1/4 mile walking distance are multiple restaurants, cafes and shops Overall, feel refreshed and invigorated.

The check in was great - very helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed (and it all worked!), but was a bit worn - nothing major at all. We didn’t use the pool or spa area but saw everything and all looked clean and organized.
Free breakfast was offered, but limited options. Coffee was pretty weak so we had to caffeine up at the Starbucks near by.
We would stay again if we needed a night or two in the area.

The hotel is nice and decent for the price. I would recommend the owners to clean the common areas. Come on, have pride in your product. The elevators were filthy. There was some exterior trim missing around the round windows. A blue piece of tape holding the ceiling light over the reception attendant and the hotel logo sign was scratched up behind the reception desk. That’s the first thing that a guest sees. Don’t be cheap invest in your hotel.

It is a nice place near to everything. But had to get a new tv remote right off the bat. Then the bathroom light was burnt out. Handy man was already gone for the day. When my son arrived for his room he replaced it . other wise was a nice stay. The lady at desk was very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning blew nice cold air. It felt great coming in from the heat. My wife enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and housekeeping was accommodating. The parking lot is well lit and there are plenty of food and shopping centers near this hotel. The freeway is nearby to head in various directions. We definitely recommend Quality Inn as an affordable destination.

Great hotel, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a little lacking, maybe because it's off season? Pictures show toasters, bread, bagels. We had none of those. No fruit either. We settled for waffles and yogurt. There was cereal too.

This place was good place to stay. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Especially the front desk clerk at night. She was very knowledgeable about the places to go in the area.
