Great hotel in Richmond area. My husband and I got a room with a King-size bed. The room was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Everyone from the front desk staff to the worker overseeing the breakfast was wonderful. I had the best night’s sleep at this hotel than anywhere else on the trip. Well done!

The room smelled like a seller box of someone detoxing from addiction to all the drugs and alcohol and it was in the carpet that needed cleaning not just vacuuming, the bathroom tub ran water in the wall all night. Great breakfast but they were not particularly courteous. The front desk was efficient but would leave the front desk uncovered for 15 mi utes or more. I did not complain about the room just cleaned and minded my business.
This is a place for construction workers don’t bring your kids or family it’s not family friendly and the roads are terrible.

Upon my late evening arrival, the weather had begun to stir hard and I was nervous that I would have to wait in the night for the guest services to permit entrance. Alex was incredibly attentive, opened the doors and exceeded expectations in every way. My room was pristine clean and the pillows were extremely fluffy. There is an adorable garden and sitting area in the back and an overall feeling of peace and security.

This is a great hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and there were 2 firm pillows and 2 soft pillows on each bed and “firm” and “soft” were embroidered on the pillow cases to help you quickly identify the one you want.

The bathroom was clean, well stocked, and the shower had good water pressure.

The morning breakfast was excellent. You’d pay at least $20 in any diner for it.

I had a room with a window facing the highway and still heard very little traffic noise. The hotel itself was pretty quiet and the other guests were friendly and respectful.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I asked for extra blankets and K-cups. They have coffee and tea available all day.

The room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave.

I highly recommend it.

I stayed for two nights. Great place. Consider if you are going for graduation ceremonies around this area; especially for Berkeley. It is a little cheaper compared to the other hotels near Oakland, but still very accessible to the campus.
The hotel rooms are larger than some of the other holiday expresses that I have been to.
Even though it was next to the highway, I didn’t hear any noise in my room. There are plenty of restaurants near here here and right next to a Taco Bell, Denny’s which is really nice. there’s an outdoor gazebo and a sauna as well inside the gym. I thought this was great but didn’t have time to use the facilities.

Fantastic staff. The breakfast crew forgetting me coffee at 5:30 in the morning when I needed to have an early start. appreciate that.

I spend at least one night per week here but the only treadmill at the fitness center is outta service for the past 2 months + however it is showing operational when you first book.
I brought it up to the front desk receptionist almost every time I stayed there, but I guess they just don’t care.
