My family and I spent a weekend in Fredericksburg to celebrate my little sister’s 21st birthday, and thanks to Texas Wine Tours — and especially Mark, our driver — it became an unforgettable experience. A few days before the trip, Mark reached out to get to know us and our plans. When he learned it was my sister’s 21st, he went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated. He surprised her with flowers and chocolates, and he effortlessly captured precious moments, ensuring we had photos to treasure forever.

Mark’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care turned our celebration into one of those rare, perfect life memories. We were blown away. Thank you, Mark, and thank you, Texas Wine Tours, for making our sister’s milestone birthday so incredibly special.

Gary (the owner) & Steve (our driver) were absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I booked very last minute, literally called them 2 hours before, and Gary was able to fit us in! Steve was so friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! The places they have their tour were great! All friendly & knowledgeable people at each winery we went to, and honestly, we did not taste one bad wine! This places KNOWS winery tours and how to do business! Tastings & gratuity were ALL included with the price you pay with the tour. 100% worth it! Highly recommend! Thank you Steve for an amazing experience, and thank you Gary, for fitting us in last minute!

We had a wonderful tour with Randy on Feb 25. It was perfect weather, and the tour included Altstadt brewery, 1693 distillery, and Meierstone winery. Randy was a great host, and we really enjoyed our conversations. I highly recommend. It was a perfect day. Don't make any serious plans for after the tour. Keep it casual worked for us.

We had a great time on the winery brewery distillery tour. Rick was the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable - made our time on the tour drive enjoyable. They went out of their way to pick us up also which is appreciated. This was a private tour for our anniversary so it was just us but they accommodated us and we had a great time!

Oh my goodness what a fun weekend!! Jerry was FANTASTIC. He was so personable and knowledgeable, and you can tell he genuinely loves his job! The van was fully stocked with snacks and water, and Jerry made the whole experience so seamless. I can’t recommend this tour enough. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great day with our guide Steve on the winery-distillery-brewery tour. He is a great tour guide! The winery, Texas Wine Collective, had a lovely variety of very tasty wines, the distillery had some interesting flavors, and Yee Haw Saloon offered a sampling of great Texas beers and ciders.
Steve told funny stories, and is just a really neat guy to talk to! Highly recommend this tour if you want some variety other than just wines, and ask for Steve - he’s the best!

- I unintentionally came across Texas Wine Tours when I had to re-plan a bachelorette weekend in 2 days, due to hurricane Beryl unfortunately canceling our Florida trip last minute. I called almost every bus wine tour company in Fredericksburg, and Gary was the ONLY one that answered immediately. He had a bus available and told me he would make some calls to find a driver. Less than an hour later, he had secured a driver (Austin, we LOVE YOU!) and emailed over all the info. I had low expectations for finding any availability for a Fredericksburg wine tour 2 days before the weekend, but Gary single handedly saved the day. I was so grateful for Gary’s promptness and dedication to making things work, that I reached out to him about transportation for our wedding party on our wedding day. Once again he was super helpful and communicative, and was even able to get us our same driver which was amazing. This was the best experience I have ever had with any sort of transportation/tour company and I will without a doubt be contacting Gary for any and all of our needs in the future.
